How do I get started? → Call, email, or use our online form. We'll talk through your concerns and help you pick the right first visit.

Do I need a diagnosis or referral? → No. Families come to us with questions, a new diagnosis, or years of history. Any starting point works.

Do you offer in-person visits? → Yes. Our Haverford office opens this fall, and virtual visits are available throughout PA and NJ.

Our Care

What do you help with? → Emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns, plus developmental and medical care for autism, ADHD, and related needs. That includes evaluation, diagnosis, ongoing care, and everything in between.

What ages do you see? → Children, teens, and young adults, and the parents who support them.

How do evaluations work? → You complete intake forms, then come in for an assessment visit and a feedback visit with results and recommendations. You also get a written report, and a 3-month follow-up is included.

Do you work with schools and other providers? → Yes. We coordinate with schools, therapists, and physicians so everyone is on the same page.

What if my child needs a different level of care? → We'll help connect you with the right specialized provider.

Where can you see patients? → Both doctors are licensed in PA and NJ. Dr. Ciappa is also authorized through PSYPACT to see patients virtually in other states.

Insurance & Payment

Do you take insurance? → We're out-of-network. We provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement, and we accept major credit cards and CareCredit.
